Cancel in-store shipment

/order-management/delivery/deliveries/{deliveryId}/_cancel

Required scope: viskan:shipment:cancel

(InStore functionality) Cancels the delivery that is set to be processed/picked by store personnel. The cancellation can only occur if the delivery has not been already reported or cancelled.
